DRESS CODE

Certified Insurance Premium Administrators (CIPAs) are highly trained professionals who will work with the agency management to carry out insurance producersí fiduciary duty.

Paulmar-employed CIPAs are required to conform to Paulmar dress code. User-employed CIPAs are not but will be allowed to do so.

The Paulmar dress code for men includes jacket, white shirt, and necktie. The jacket may be black, blue, or gray. The necktie will be chosen to match and so will the pants. Regular shoes are required. No snickers are allowed. A Paulmar logo (provided by Paulmar) will be attached to the left side of the jacket. Three-piece suits are welcome.

The Paulmar dress code for women includes jacket, skirt, and white blouse. Three-piece suits are welcome. Jacket and skirt colors may be black, blue, or gray. Shoes shall be of matching color and style. No snickers are allowed. A Paulmar logo (provided by Paulmar) will be attached to the left side of the jacket.
